Travelport names new general manager

Travelport has hired, Alexandra Fitzpatrick as its new general manager for the Pacific region, based in Travelport’s regional HQ in Sydney,

Fitzpatrick’s strong track record in the travel industry includes a number of leadership roles in high profile organisations.

Most recently, she has been the London-based director for TMS (Travel Management Solutions) – an Australian organisation that provides travel management and procurement services to corporate customers and the government sector.

Earlier in her career, she worked for Galileo, both in product management and as director of distributor sales, and before that she spent time in a strategic role at Sabre.

She has also owned and operated two hotels, one under the Best Western brand.
