Travelsupermarket aims to double operator partners

Travel price comparison website travelsupermarket.com has promoted Kayte Williams to manager of its holiday business.

She steps up from her previous role as commercial co-ordinator.

The aim is to double the holiday channel site from its existing 14 partners, including brands such as Thomas Cook, First Choice and the MyTravel Group, to more than 30.

Williams will be responsible for running and developing the online company’s holidays business, including relationships with partner companies and website development.

The site’s holiday comparison service was introduced in May in response to customers wanting a complete holiday without self-packaging.

Travelsupermarket claims more than 650,000 unique visitors a month to the holidays channel.
