TripIt launches Covid information tool
Trip planner and flight tacking app TripIt has just rolled out a new informational tool for all things related to Covid-19, including restrictions and protocols.
It shows the latest guidelines, travel restrictions and entry requirements on a national, state and provincial level for some destinations.
Users can click on the ‘guidebook’ button on the trip summary screen to access information like the current Covid infection rate, quarantine rules and any testing requirements.
It covers more than 200 countries and territories.
This data is supplied by TripIt partner Riskline.
It makes up the Traveler Resource Center which includes various advisories from the US State Department, WHO, the CDC, IATA and other trade and government bodies.
The feature is available to all TripIt users.
