TRYP by Wyndham checking in to Adelaide
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of its fourth TRYP brand property in Australia.
It selected Adelaide for a 124-key hotel which will be developed by Ginos Group.
It will feature an elevated lounge area, two restaurants, two bars and meetings rooms.
Construction of TRYP Adelaide begins in October and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2021 at a cost of about $35 million.
"We are excited to be bringing this exciting urban concept to Adelaide, a city that is attracting visitors from all over the world," said Joon Aun Ooi, president and managing director, South East Asia and Pacific Rim, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
The TRYP by Wyndham brand is also present at Fortitude Valley in Brisbane, and North Lakes and Southport in Southeast Queensland which both start development later this year.
TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide will be managed by Resort Management by Wyndham, which manages a portfolio of 45 properties in Australasia, Fiji and Southeast Asia.
