TSA agent jailed for false imprisonment
A former Transportation Security Administration officer who tricked a woman into exposing herself has been jailed for false imprisonment.
Johnathon Lomeli, 23, was arrested in 2019 for using his position to get the women to expose her breasts.
Lomeli led the woman away from the main passenger screening area at Los Angeles international Airport, saying he needed to conduct a body search.
He ordered the female to lift her top twice and then looked down her pants.
She was then told she was free to go.after he complimented her beasts.
"We all have the right to be treated with dignity and respect in all places and no one is entitled to use a position of power to violate those rights. Today, Johnathon Lomeli learned this the hard way," said Attorney General Xavier Becerra.
Lomeli was sentenced to 60 days in county jail and two years of probation.
He must also attend sexual compulsion classes.
He is also banned from ever working as a security officer again.
