TUI announces two new UK Board appointments
Thomson Cruise managing director Helen Caron and TUI digital director Jeremy Osborne have been appointed to TUI’s UK Board with immediate effect.
Osborne has been appointed board director of Strategic Innovation and Business Change, a newly created function designed to drive strategy and manage all business change activity.
He will also lead a business-wide innovation programme with the new TravelLab, implementing new business ideas.
Caron has taken a position on the UK Board.
TUI UK & Ireland managing director Nick Longman said: "I am delighted to welcome Jeremy and Helen to the UK Board. They bring a huge amount of expertise and experience to the business and, alongside my other Board members, are fundamental in delivering a best in class offering for our customers.
"The introduction of the TraveLab innovation programme is a very exciting step on our journey; it will allow us to continually drive the business forward in an increasingly technologically driven world. I’m confident that these changes will improve both strategic focus and operational delivery, which will provide our customers with an even better holiday experience."
