TUI signs up health and safety experts for Iberotel
TUI subsidiary Iberotel Hotels & Resorts has taken on Check Safety First’s E-Cristal hygiene, health and safety risk management system in all of its Egyptian and United Arab Emirates hotels.
Check Safety First said it beat off four rivals to secure the rolling six-figure per annum contract with the hotel chain.
Iberotel hotels will receive real-time access to reports and clear guidance areas of the resort that require further attention, including general safety, legionella control, and food hygiene.
“TUI is a massive player in the travel industry, and it is great to see that through Iberotel it is setting an example to others by taking proactive steps to protect the general wellbeing of the travelling public,†said Check Safety First CEO Mark Harrington.
