UK member joins ACTE board

UK-based JoAnne Lloyd, sourcing director, travel for InterContinental Hotels Group, has been named a board member at large for the Association of Corporate Travel Executives.
She will serve a three-year term through to December 31, 2012.
Prior to working for InterContinental, Lloyd was regional director, Europe, Middle East and Africa for ACTE and was manager, global sales commercial department for Qatar Airways.
She has extensive experience in the agency, supplier and buyer segments of the industry.
Lutz Stammnitz, president of corporate mobility services for Siemens AG based in Germany, has also been elected onto the ACTE board.

“The new board members will play a vital role in determining the direction we take and the impact we’ll have on critical issues over the next three years."
