Un-Cruise announces new COO
Un-Cruise Adventures has announced Tim Jacox as new president and chief operations officer.
Jacox has been with the small ship cruise line for 14 years in a variety of executive management roles.
In the new role Jacox will oversee all operations, marketing and sales functions, accounting and administration at the company’s Seattle office.
"Tim and I have worked side-by-side for 28 years," said CEO Captain Dan Blanchard.
"I think the opportunity for him to take the helm is not only timely, but appropriate, given the growth of our company."
The line has invested in a new reservation system, a new website upgrade and is expanding cruise operations.
Next year Un-cruise begins its first ever sailings in the Galpagos Islands and Costa Rica.
