Unfair charges
I was forced to change my trip to Egypt. The travel company was very fair and refunded my land portion, but BA penalized me for changing my flight. Not covered by insurance since I did not cancel the whole trip which included a visit to Israel. Did they really think I should go to Egypt in the middle of the revolution? The State Dept issued warnings and American and British travelers were evacuated.-Guess who I will not use in the future!
