United Airlines cutting 50 flights daily from Newark
United Airlines will trim 50 daily departures from its summer schedule at Newark.
The 12% reduction starts from July 1. Executive Vice President of Operations Jon Roitman said the reduction is required to keep operations running smoothly.
Customers already booked on affected flights will be contacted. All the flight cuts are domestic services.
“We do not anticipate any schedule changes at our other six domestic hubs this summer,” Roitman said.
