United Airlines to quit New York JFK Airport
United Airlines confirmed it will pull out of New York JFK Airport.
Effective October 29, t is the second time United has halted operations at Kennedy.
United told the FAA recently it would leave if it couldn’t get more slots.
United has been operating just four daily flights from JFK.
The 100 United employees there will be reassigned to other airports.
United flies out of both LaGuardia Airport and largest hub Newark.
