Universal Orlando Resort has rolled out a new website for travel agents featuring enhanced training resources.

UniversalTravelAgents.com features a new design and updated online training program allowing agents to become certified Universal Orlando Resort specialists.

When agents expressed a need for a more comprehensive website with real-time package and ticketing information, we listened," said Frank Belzer, Senior Vice President of Destination Sales, Universal Orlando Resort.

"With the range of education and sales tools now available, we are able to better inform and engage with travel agents."

The site has digital materials for download, sales tools that can be customized, and online ordering of marketing collateral which agents can share with potential clients.

Agents can register at UniversalTravelAgents.com for a user account and existing members are requested to re-register.
