Unruly passenger jailed
A man who groped crew members and had to be bound to his seat with tape was sentenced to 60 days in jail this week. Maxwell Berry, 23, pleaded guilty to assault and was also fined $2,500.
The incident took place on a Frontier Airlines flight to Miami last year.
Berry had made ‘inappropriate physical contact with two flight attendants and subsequently physically assaulted another flight attendant,’ the airline said.
