A majority of United States Tour Operators Association members expect slight increases in tour and vacation package prices for the coming year.

In total 53% predicted price increases of up to 10%.

A trend in that survey was that 86% of USTOA members thought travelers are now more prone to book vacations closer to departure.

And 77% predicted escorted tour bookings would increase in the coming year.

USTOA members cited convenience and price as the top reasons why travelers book escorted tours.
