Vale Miles Clarke

Thursday, 03 Sep, 2008 0

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the death of a well respected industry colleague and friend – Miles Clarke.

Sadly, Miles lost his long battle with depression yesterday after receiving treatment in hospital recently.

Many of us will remember Miles as a respected journalist with over 30 years worth of contributions to many industry publications both in Australia and overseas. Many more will remember him as a professional but approachable friend.

Miles will be sorely missed in our industry as a talented and insightful travel writer and our thoughts are with his wife, Ulli and children, Evan and Conan.

Travel well Miles.
