Vietjet launching Bali flights
Budget carrier Vietjet is spreading its wings to the Indonesian holiday island of Bali.
From May 29, Vietjet will fly five times a week to Bali-Denpasar from Ho Chi Minh City.
Operated by Airbus A320 and A320neo aircraft, Vietjet is the only airline to operate the route.
In fact it is only the second air link between the two nations after. Vietnam Airlines’ daily service to Jakarta from HCMC
"The new route will not only create opportunities for people to travel by a safe and modern mode of air transport, but also connect the two economic and cultural centres of Vietnam and Indonesia," said vice president of Vietjet, Nguyen Thanh Son.
The four-hour flight will operate every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday and ticket sales are now live.
