Vietjet launching new routes to Seoul
Budget carrier Vietjet is adding more flights to South Korea.
The airline will launch three flights a week from Can Tho to Seoul Incheon starting in January 2020.
It is also launching Da Lat-Seoul flights four times a week at the same time.
Flight times for both routes are about five hours.
In addition, Vietjet is increasing flights on its existing Nha Trang and Phu Quoc routes.
The announcement was made by Prime Minister of Vietnam, Nguyen Xuan Phuc, and Deputy Prime Minister of South Korea Hong Nam-Ki during the Vietnam-South Korea Business Forum in Seoul.
Vietjet now offers more flights than any other carrtier between the two countries on 11 routes with more than 100 flights a week.
