Virgin Atlantic soars Down Under
A strategic marketing partnership with Visit Britain has seen Virgin Atlantic record a 136% increase YOY in London bookings from Australia for the month of May.
Luke Fisher, general manger Virgin Atlantic, said forward bookings on the route also "look fantastic".
Virgin Atlantic Australia said it is having it best ever year. It is 16% up on last year and has gained major share on its services to London.
Along with its partnership with Visit Britain, Virgin Atlantic has strong relationships with the British Council, UK Trade and Investment and the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.
