Virgin Galactic has 700 bookings for space flights
Virgin Galactic says it sold about 100 tickets for space flights since its last test flight, which included Richard Branson onboard.
There is still big demand even though Virgin massively hiked the price. Flights are now priced at a whopping $450,000.After its July test flight, it received 60,000 customer inquiries.
There now about 700 on the waitlist. Virgin expects to have 1,000 customers when it begins operating regular commercial service.
