Virgin Holidays offering more peak summer child places to Florida
Virgin Holidays is offering an unspecified number of additional free child places on Florida packages during the summer peak.
The operator says the move is designed to support local education authorities by encouraging parents not to take their children out of school during term.
The operator is offering free child places to Orlando during July and August. For those with younger children the offer is also available throughout September.
The free place offer is for the first child on flights from Gatwick and is valid for holidays departing between July 1–September 30, based on two adults travelling.
A week in Orlando starts at £1,899 for a family of four in July. The price reduces to £1,499 in September.
Virgin Holidays has frozen 2006 summer holidays to Florida at this year’s prices.
