VIVA Cruises launches new themed itineraries for 2023
River cruise specialist, VIVA Cruises, has launched new themed cruises for 2023 on ‘culture ship’ SWISS RUBY.
The new itineraries in summer 2023, will include historical themed cruises, wine cruises and more.
VIVA Cruises’ SWISS RUBY measures only 85 metres and has 44 outside double cabins.
The ship’s size allows it to navigate waterways inaccessible to larger vessels, including Neckar, Saar, Elbe and Ems rivers.
New for 2023 will be the eleven-night ‘Big Cities and Hanseatic Flair’ cruise.
SWISS RUBY leads guests to the centre of Amsterdam, before continuing to Friesland through the Ems, and the Elbe-Havel Canal.
On arrival in the Hanseatic city of Minden (Germany), visitors will learn all about modern shipbuilding at the Meyer Werft shipyard.
In late summer of 2023, VIVA Cruises will be launching a cultural ‘Northern Germany Explorer’ cruise with six different itineraries to choose from.
The seven-night cruises will explore modern German cities including Berlin, Hamburg and Dusseldorf.
There are also autumn wine cruises on the rivers Rhine, Neckar, Moselle and Saar.
All VIVA cruises include signature all-Inclusive services, including full board, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Wi-Fi and all tips and gratuities.
