Vueling to add flight code to 30 BA flights
Vueling will add its flight code to more than 30 British Airways flights to Spain and Italy this autumn.
As part of a phased introduction, Vueling customers can now book BA flights on routes from Gatwick to Barcelona, Naples and Rome for travel from October 1.
Further flights from Gatwick to other destinations, such as Malaga, Lanzarote, Genoa and Pisa, will be added to the codeshare arrangement in the coming weeks.
Heathrow flights to Spain and Italy, including Ibiza, Palma, Milan and Pisa, will also be added later this year.
The two airlines, both part of the International Airlines Group (IAG), began a reciprocal relationship last year when BA added its flight code to more than 180 Vueling flights from its Rome Fiumcino and Barcelona bases.
