Waveworx now available to cruise sellers
Businesses focused on selling cruises — including travel agents, cruise lines and tour operators — can now have access to Blue Wave Solution’s Waveworx, the company announced.
The web-based Cruise Distribution System enables users to automate and maximize the entire cruise booking process. Previously, the technologies were only offered on a select basis, according to Blue Wave.
The company says its Waveworx offers all businesses involved with cruises automated and easy-to-use tools for enabling online bookings, as well as for distribution and managing inventories. Waveworx can also manage group sales, among other features.
“This initiative makes available, for the first time to the entire industry, a proven set of applications and tools now used by select travel agencies and cruise lines,” said Dave Lucas, president and CEO of Blue Wave. He added:
“Waveworx combines the key elements involved in the sales, marketing, booking and management of a cruise transaction into a single, fully-integrated platform that reduces and streamlines the attendant work flow.”
