Wayte takes over Executive and Business Travel

Wayte Travel Management has bought fellow Advantage Focus Partner member Executive and Business Travel.

Stoke-on-Trent based Wayte Travel is due to complete the deal for an undisclosed sum on January 31.

Executive and Business Travel will be rebranded as Wayte Travel Management.

Wayte Travel’s workforce will rise from 19 to 29 with all 10 sales staff employed by Executive and Business Travel continuing to work for the St Helier-based office in Jersey.

Wayte managing director Chris Morris, who is to relocate to Jersey, said: “We are all very excited about expanding the business and are really looking forward to working with all the staff in Jersey whom I have great confidence in.”

“Wednesday, 31st January will see a real move forward in making the business even more successful.”
