Welsh independent joins Advantage
Independent agency chain Travel House has joined Advantage to take advantage of its group buying power.
The Wales-based agency – which has 20 outlets – has decided to align to a consortium due to the benefits of being part of a larger organisation.
It has been established as an independent travel agent group for 20 years.
Christine Major, sales and business development manager for The Travel House, said: "Travel House is proud to be the largest independent travel agency in Wales.
"We are looking forward to working with the Advantage central team and making the most of the commercial benefits on offer to enhance our business performance."
Colin O’Neill, sales and marketing director at Advantage Travel Centres, said: "Their proven track record for delivering strong sales will add valuable buying power to the Advantage organisation.
"As a leading travel agency group in Wales, it is exciting they have decided to join Advantage. Travel House has recognised they can maintain their hard fought independence yet gain from the comprehensive benefits Advantage offers all its members."
