Westin brand debuts on Hawaii’s Big Island
Marriott International brand Westin has celebrated its debut on Hawaii’s Big Island with the unveiling of The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort.
An extensive multi-million dollar renovation program has added a number of new features including four new F&B outlets, a new adults-only infinity edge pool and a transformation of public areas.
It features 17 new suites alongside 232 guestrooms.
"We are thrilled to bring the Westin brand to the Big Island of Hawaii, where we will welcome guests and the community to an elevated resort that celebrates the wellness as well as the area’s local culture," said Kisan Jo, President of Prince Resorts Hawaii, which owns and manages the property.
"As we continue to build on the Westin brand promise of delivering to guests a best-in-class experience, the introduction of our resort signals a new wave of island luxury."
Prince Resorts Hawaii operates three resorts in Hawaii including the adjacent sister property Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Golf Course.
The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort includes signature brand-wide Westin amenities such as the Westin Family program with a reinvented Kids Club concept, a WestinWORKOUT fitness studio and the RunWESTIN fitness program.
