With the school holidays underway and silly season approaching, Virgin Trains is getting into the spirit with its recently launched ‘Where’s Wally? Hunt’. 100 replica Wally’s have been placed in different locations around the country, and the competition will last throughout the six week school holidays. Virgin Trains will be releasing a series of clues via its social media channels to the whereabouts of Wally. Keep an eye out on the official Virgin Train Twitter and Facebook accounts, or follow the #FoundWally hashtag for more hints and clues!

Have you ever wished that a meal would be waiting for you as soon as you made your way through airport security? Well wishes do come true it seems. Holidaymakers travelling to San Francisco in the U.S. can use the new free app AirGrub to pre-order airport meals. Orders can be made weeks in advance, or last minute while queuing in security. If there is a flight delay, orders can be postponed or canceled for a full refund.

And finally, news broke this week that Sony Pictures Animation has bought the rights to create an emoji movie. "Hands in the air emoji" to that we say. Following the success of recent blockbusters Frozen and The Lego Movie, animated movies are in the spotlight at the moment and reaching out to all ages and audiences. With emoji becoming more and more diverse and widely used we are excited to see if Sony can bring our favourite social media icons to life.

To celebrate its 30th birthday, Ryanair is giving 30 lucky fans the chance to have a plane named after them. Advertised by Ryanair as ‘a prize that money can’t buy’, competition winners will also see their faces on a Ryanair plane. To be in with a chance to win, fans can visit the Ryanair Facebook app and upload a photo of themselves explaining why their face deserves to be on a plane. The competition has already seen a number of mentions on Twitter with people using the #30names30planes hashtag and sharing their images. The fun social media competition is part of Ryanair’s efforts to be seen as a more customer-friendly airline. The winners will be announced on 1 September and the images will be put on the planes by January 2016.
