Specialist operator Wildlife Worldwide is introducing a range of new small group trips for 2026.

These new itineraries will discover South America’s big cats, Mexico’s whales, the highlights of Ethiopia, and more.

These small group trips are led by tour leaders and guides who know the landscapes, flora and fauna intimately.

New for 2026

Colombia – Realm of the Jaguar
With just a handful of lodges, Colombia’s Los Llanos offers quiet and intimate wildlife experiences, including the chance to spot the elusive jaguar. Staying at two lodges, this new group tour includes a mixture of safari drives, wildlife walks, boat trips and nighttime excursions. Price: from £5,395pp based on 2 sharing, including 8 nights’ accommodation, most meals, guiding, transfers and return overnight flights from the UK. Depart 20 March 2026.

Wildlife of Torres del Paine
The group on this new adventure to Chile’s Torres del Paine, will scan the horizon for pumas, hoping to catch a glimpse of Patagonia’s big cat. The trip will also offer encounters beyond the puma, with visits to the Estancia Olga Teresa, for sightings of Andean condors, a boat trip along Lago Grey to Grey Glacier, and, in the beech forests, the chance to see the Magellan woodpecker. Price: from £8,695pp based on 2 sharing, including 9 nights’ accommodation, most meals, guiding, transfers and return flights from the UK. Depart 26 February 2026.

Baja’s Ultimate Whale Safari
Led by Wildlife Worldwide’s founder, Chris Breen, this is the ultimate cetacean trip, with species including blue, humpback and fin whales. Staying aboard the Gallant Lady, guests will spot the whales from the deck, and get to swim with whale sharks.  Above, the exclusively chartered spotter plane scans the waters for pods. Back on terra firma, time is spent at the San Ignacio Luxury Camp, from where intimate excursions lead the group into the lagoon to spot huge numbers of grey whales. Price: from £8,195pp based on 2 sharing, including 8 nights’ accommodation (3n liveaboard), most meals, guiding, transfers and return flights from the UK. Depart 10 March 2026.

Ethiopia Wildlife Highlights
A natural history journey through Ethiopia, this new tour combines charismatic wildlife and spectacular landscapes, whilst staying in four comfortable lodges across the country’s Highlands. Highlights include: the gelada baboons in the rugged Jemma Valley; the cloud forests of Chebera Churchura NP with elephant and bushpigs; bird watching and spotted hyenas by Lake Awassa. Price: from £6,695pp based on 2 sharing, including 12 nights’ accommodation, all meals, flights and transfers, guiding and return flights from the UK. Depart 20 March 2026.

In Search of Coastal Wolves & Grizzly Bears
Designed to maximise chances of encountering two of British Columbia’s apex predators, this new trip takes the group to the spectacular surroundings of the Great Bear Rainforest and Vancouver Island. Canada’s coastal wolves are more elusive than their grey cousins, but four nights in the heart of their territory at a remote tented camp, gives guests the chance to watch them stalking the shoreline. Then, returning to Vancouver Island, there’s a private charter out into British Columbia’s waters to locate, and photograph, the iconic grizzly. Price: from £8,795pp based on 2 sharing, including 9 nights’ accommodation, most meals, transfers, guiding and return flights from the UK. Depart 12 or 26 June 2026.

Best of the South Pantanal
Stays at two of Brazil’s remotest lodges elevate this Pantanal trip to the next level, with a focus on the wetland’s southern reaches. Beginning in the grasslands and gallery forests of the Baia das Pedras Lodge, there are sightings of anteaters and armadillos, with the chance to be joined by team members from the lodge’s Giant Armadillo Research Project. Then, from Fazenda Barranco Alto Lodge, there’s a mixture of game drives, walking safaris and boat trips, hoping to spot jaguar, giant otters and five species of macaw. Price: from £7,195pp based on 2 sharing, including 9 nights’ accommodation, all meals, guiding, transfers and return flights from the UK. Depart 19 July or 20 September 2026.
