With signs of a shaky economy, dropping interest rates on CD’s, new passport regulations, disturbing world events AND a very weak dollar overseas, speculation abounds about an international travel slowdown in 2008. Many tour operators have been buoyed by brisk international tour sales, and group travel organizers have been steadily adding international product to their trip catalogs.
