Windstar Cruises introduces new agent recognition program
Windstar Cruises rolled out Club 180, a new travel advisor program which recognises and rewards top sellers.
The agent recognition program has three tiers with a Platinum designation for the top ten sellers, Gold for numbers 11-20 and Silver for 21+.
The program offers benefits like free Wi-Fi and onboard credit which advisors can offer clients. The best performing travel agencies also get additional marketing support and priority advance notice of new products and promotions.
Advisors also get individual perks when sailing on Windstar.
"Club 180 recognizes domestic North America travel sellers – not consortium," explains Windstar’s Vice President of Sales Steve Simao, CTC.
Simao said some agencies who have not qualified through the tiers may be added due to their selling history with Windstar.
