Windstar Cruises names new PR and marketing VP
Windstar Cruises has hired experienced travel industry executive Mary Beth Wressell as new marketing and public relations.
She is tasked with developing the line’s brand communications, consumer relationship marketing initiatives, digital marketing and all PR activities.
Wressel has more than 25 years’ travel industry experience, most recently at Holland America Line during a 13-year spell.
At HAL she held the position of vice president of marketing communications.
She also held several roles at Virtuoso including director of creative services.
At Virtuoso she worked on direct mailing campaigns for a number of cruise line including Seabourn, Crystal, Regent, Silversea and Princess Cruises.
Wressel also has extensive ad agency experience with nearly 10 years at Elgin DDB Advertising, holding account management positions.
