Windstar Cruises selects TravelComms platform
Windstar Cruises, a luxury small-yacht cruising company known for its intimate and unique itineraries, has selected d-flo Limited’s TravelComms software to enhance its guest travel communications.
D-flo Limited is an innovative customer communications specialist that helps clients achieve operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and increased brand loyalty. It recently announced that Windstar Cruises will begin using its TravelComms solution to manage guest travel communications.
TravelComms is designed specifically for travel companies to improve the customer experience before, during, and after trips or expeditions. The platform delivers richer, more informative, and personalized communications across both digital and offline channels.
