Windstar devotes site to trade

Windstar Cruises has launched a website exclusively for the travel trade offering resources to help sell the product.

The site has in-depth online training modules, company news, special offers, an image library and videos and vodcasts.

Sales and marketing director at The Cruise Portfolio Andy Harmer said: “We believe the creation of this new website will act as a central and efficient resource for those agents who sell Windstar now and in the future, working with the useful training modules and many other informative resources, which can now be accessed through the site. It is essential we commit to both recognizing and meeting the demands of our key travel trade partners.

He added: The significant growth in UK business for Windstar Cruises over the past two years can in no small way be attributed to the strong relationships we have built up with key travel agent partners."

Windstar operates a three-ship fleet of motor sailing yachts which call at 100 ports throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the Americas.
