World Nomads partner with Kilroy
World Nomads Travel Insurance has inked a key strategic partnership with Denmark based KILROY.
KILROY is the largest youth and student travel agency in the Nordic region.
The tie-up with World Nomads coincides with its entry into the UK market.
KILROY was established in Denmark in 1991.
It has chosen World Nomads as its preferred travel insurance partner.
The partnership will provide KILROY customers with flexible travel insurance options.
The partnership begins with an initial online travel insurance offering.
The youth and student travel agency’s entry into the UK is a long-term strategy with plans for physical stores.
The first of these opens in Bristol this month.
World Nomads is investing in a practical technology platform and agency infrastructure dedicated to the UK market.
World Nomads aims to bring its brand to new partners in the B2B2C space, expanding its reach in the UK market.
Jonathan Frankham, World Nomads UK & EU General Manager, said: “This partnership is about inspiring and educating young travellers on the importance of ethical travel practices and the value of travel insurance.”
World Nomads partnership with KILROY follows on from the recent announcement of a collaboration with Student Beans, an online student discount programme with an exclusive 10% discount on travel insurance.
