Worldspan unveils new flexible airfare tool
Worldspan, L.P. introduced its Flex Shopping Options — search tools said to enable agents, airlines and consumers to explore multiple low-fare combinations of trip dates of airports.
The Worldspan Flex Shopping Options provide multiple, convenient, low-fare choices for price-conscious travelers with flexible trip plans, the company said.
New options include a traveler’s ability to schedule trips according to the best weekend rates, and to search for up to six specified departure and arrival cities, returning with a maximum of 36 low-fare airport combinations.
“Worldspan Flex Shopping Options is a significant achievement in exceeding our agency’s demands to provide flexible, price-conscious travelers with comprehensive shopping solutions that easily compare low rates and trip options,” said Ninan Chacko, senior vice president, e-Commerce and Product Planning, Worldspan.
