YOTEL opens second US hotel in Boston
Micotel concept hotel company YOTEL has opened in its second U.S. location in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District.
Taking its inspiration from first-class airline travel, YOTEL Boston features 326 tech-forward cabins with the signature SmartBed and smart TVs, mood lighting, monsoon rain showers and easy connectivity for devices.
Layout configurations include Premium Queen type room, with some including overhead bunks, First King and a VIP Suite.
"We are thrilled to introduce YOTEL to Bostonians and visitors alike. The exciting development of the Seaport neighborhood is a great fit for our brand, making it the perfect location for our newest property. We think our innovative style of hospitality will suit those living or visiting Boston and meet the city’s growing demand for accommodation," said Hubert Viriot, CEO of YOTEL.
Amenities include a ground floor Club Lounge, a gym, meeting and social spaces and a rooftop indoor and outdoor Sky Lounge.
"Staying at YOTEL gives guests back their time to enjoy what’s important to them. We are excited to open our doors and welcome guests to the YOTEL hospitality experience and all of the great offerings at YOTEL Boston, including Sky Lounge with rooftop bar and terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy summer," said general manager of YOTEL Boston, Christopher Hartzell.
The YOTEL brand’s US presence features one hotel in New York with a third opening due in San Francisco later this year and in Miami in 2019.
Other city hotels currently under development include Singapore, London Clerkenwell and Amsterdam.
