Doyen  of the Sydney hotel sector, General Manager Patrick Griffin, who has run The Observatory since it opened in 1993 and was instrumental in designing and upholding the hotel’s service standards said, “We strive to offer our guests a style of service that encompasses genuine warmth and understanding, a style of service where nothing is ever too much trouble and a style that helps our guests to feel right at home each time they stay with us”.

He added, “I would like to thank our wonderful staff team for their dedication in providing world renowned service and this award is due to their devotion and willingness to provide the best possible service to every guest, everyday.”
