You are being served – Sydney’s Observatory Hotel in World’s top three for service
The ranking was based on reader evaluations collected in the 2005 World’s Best Awards Survey, with The Observatory gaining a score of 92.86 and the only city property to feature in the top three.
Doyen of the Sydney hotel sector, General Manager Patrick Griffin, who has run The Observatory since it opened in 1993 and was instrumental in designing and upholding the hotel’s service standards said, “We strive to offer our guests a style of service that encompasses genuine warmth and understanding, a style of service where nothing is ever too much trouble and a style that helps our guests to feel right at home each time they stay with us”.
