The CroisiEurope Sales Challenge, which launches today and runs until 31st December 2022, will give all travel agents in the UK the chance to earn points which can be exchanged for a variety of exciting trips, ranging from a two-night hotel break in the UK to a safari-cruise in Southern Africa. To join the CroisiEurope Sales Challenge, travel agents should register at https://pro-uk.croisieurope.com/information/challenge-2022-uk-travel-agents. As soon as their registration has been validated, they will automatically receive 250 points to kick start their challenge followed by points based on the turnover they achieve. For example, if they sell a cruise with a value of £699, they will receive 699 points. There will also be bonus points on offer throughout the duration of the challenge which participating agents will be advised about. The 2023 programme features 170 itineraries on 55 ships, sailing on 39 waterways in 37 countries. In addition, CroisiEurope is offering an early booking discount on all 2023 itineraries, excluding cruises on the Volga, Nile and Ganges of 15% if booked by 31st August 2022, 10% if booked between 1st September and 15th October 2022 and 5% for bookings made between 16th October and 30th November 2022. New for 2023 is a unique hotel barge cruise from the Petite Seine to the Yonne. This seven-day cruise, which takes place onboard MS Deborah, takes guests on a magnificent journey to quaint ports of call featuring historical cities, splendid gardens and excellent local cuisine. Starting in Paris, the cruise visits Evry, Melun, Moret-Sur-Loing and Montereau-Fault-Yonne before finishing in Sens where guests transfer back to Paris. Its 2021 and 2022 departures are currently on sale while 2023 itineraries open later this month. It is offering savings of up to £512 per person on select 2021 departures in Provence, Alsace and Burgundy while a new itinerary between Paris and Sens will launch in 2023. With demand high, CroisiEurope has adapted its itineraries and extended the season to accommodate additional UK travellers. These cruises - which operate through Alsace, Burgundy, Provence, Ile de France and Champagne as well as on the Upper Loire - take place on CroisiEurope's fleet of six hotel barges which feature just 11 en-suite cabins, a restaurant, lounge bar, sun deck and relaxation area with Jacuzzi, and a six member crew, New for 2023 is a cruise from the Petite Seine to the Yonne. River and ocean cruises resume in June while cruises on the French canals will resume in July. It begins on the Douro from 7 June with cruises on the Gironde and the Seine following in late June. Rhine, Rhone and Danube itineraries are scheduled to resume in early July. It will restart ocean itineraries in Croatia and Corsica on 10 June and 4 July respectively. John Fair, UK sales director for CroisiEurope, said: "We know that our guests are desperate to get back onboard so I'm sure they will be as excited as we are about our planned restart. The entire CroisiEurope team has worked tirelessly to ensure the success of this restart." Until 31 August, all cruises qualify for CroisiEurope's flexible booking conditions which include a full refund should the cruise be cancelled by CroisiEurope and moving a booking free of charge to any other departure in 2021 or 2022 more than 30 days prior to departure. The company is deploying its 'Test & Board' measures, with guests requiring proof of vaccination or a negative PCR or rapid antigen test prior on embarkation. -

It will offer sailings to Corsica and island hopping voyages in the Canary Islands. New seven-night cruise will include six islands in the Canary Islands archipelago and visits to three national parks - Teide, Garajonay and Timanfaya. The cruise starts with an overnight in Tenerife and calls in El Hierro, La Palma, La Gomera and Gran Canaria before finishing with an overnight in Lanzarote. Canary Islands cruises operate between October and December 2021 with prices from £2,175 per person for a seven-night cruise in an ocean-view suite. Corsica seven-night sailings, which launched in 2020, are round trip from Nice with calls in Ajaccio (overnight), Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, Bastia and L'Ile Rousse. Itineraries include cruising along the coast of the Gulf of Porto, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests will enjoy a Corsican-themed evening and lectures on Corsican nature and history. The cruise operates between May and October in 2021 and 2022 with prices from £2,039 per person in an ocean-view suite. John Fair, UK sales director for CroisiEurope, said: "Corsica and the Canary Islands are perfect destinations for a boutique-size ship such as La Belle des Oceans which can offer a good mix of off-the-beaten-path and popular ports of call." The seven-deck La Belle Des Océans, which was previously Silversea's Silver Discoverer, accommodates 130 passengers in 65 ocean-view suites, nine of which have private balconies. Ship amenities include a swimming pool, two bars / lounges, a restaurant, a fitness centre and wellness salon.
