MSC Cruises is excited to welcome back 5’s hit drama series, The Good Ship Murder. Season 3 launches with a special Christmas episode on Saturday 27 December 2025 at 9:30pm, followed by seven weekly episodes airing throughout January.
Shayne Ward returns as former detective turned cabaret singer Jack Grayling, while Catherine Tyldesley reprises her role as sharp-witted First Officer Kate Woods, navigating intriguing mysteries aboard the ship.
Filmed on board MSC Virtuosa, the series blends compelling mystery with the excitement of life at sea, giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the ship and some stunning destinations around the world. Each episode highlights a different port of call, including Alicante, Cannes, Istanbul, Crete, Cape Verde, Valletta, Ibiza, and Ancona, showcasing the unique culture, history, and scenery of each destination – experiences that guests can enjoy on an MSC Cruises sailing.

The Christmas special is on Saturday 27 December at 9:30pm, with new episodes continuing weekly every Tuesday at 9pm from 6 January 2026. Fans of mystery, travel, or immersive storytelling will find plenty to enjoy this season.
