Jet2holidays has launched a unique service offer to target the increasing number of customers booking an Indulgent Escape holiday this year, through the introduction of a new complimentary £10 per person voucher to spend onboard in the Jet2shop.

The £10 per person onboard voucher has been launched in response to feedback from customers and independent travel agents and is redeemable on a fantastic range of duty-free products available from the Jet2shop when flying with Customers travelling on an Indulgent Escapes holiday can use the voucher to choose from a range of hand-picked fragrances, cosmetics, jewellery and much more, enabling them to treat themselves to a little luxury.

In addition, multiple vouchers can be used in one transaction. This means that two customers travelling together will receive a £10 voucher each and can combine their vouchers, so they have £20 to spend on Jet2shop products.

All Indulgent Escapes customers are eligible for the new voucher, and it can be collected at the Jet2holidays sales desk at their UK departure airport on the day of travel.*

The voucher replaces the previous complimentary gift of a leather travel wallet and Moleskine notebook and comes in response to feedback from customers and independent travel agents. With Jet2holidays reporting that Indulgent Escapes holidays are in strong demand for Summer 23, the enhancement will be available to all of these customers, enabling them to start their holidays in the best way.

As well as this, customers who have booked a holiday through Jet2holidays’ Indulgent Escapes brand also benefit from a prestigious collection of hand-picked 5-star hotels with unsurpassed standards of service, décor and attention to detail.

They also receive a host of other benefits to make their holiday even more indulgent such as 25kg baggage allowance per person on both the inbound and outbound flight, at least 5kg more than many other tour operators, two complimentary drinks per person to enjoy during their flight with award-winning airline, private transfers to and from their hotel, and a priority lane security pass at their UK departure airport.*

Jet2holidays is offering over 35 destinations and more than 155 properties across Europe, the Canary Islands, and the Mediterranean for Summer 23 as part of its Indulgent Escapes collection, giving customers and independent travel agents lots of choice and flexibility when it comes to booking or travelling on a luxury holiday.

Just this week, Jet2holidays was once again named Which? Recommended Provider, with the leading package holiday specialist finishing joint-top of Which’s? annual survey of beach and resort package holiday providers.

This is the fifth year running that Jet2holidays (Beach and Resort Holiday) has received this prestigious status, achieving the joint highest customer score in the consumer champion’s survey of over 8,000 travellers who were asked to rate their beach and resort package holidays over the last three years on criteria including the standard of customer service they received, how well descriptions of the holiday matched the reality, how well their trip was organised and value for money.

Steve Heapy, CEO of and Jet2holidays said: “On the back of receiving Which? Recommended Provider status once again, we have even more good news to start 2023 with thanks to this enhancement to our Indulgent Escapes proposition which introduces even more new benefits for customers. The introduction of this £10pp Jet2shop gift voucher comes in response to feedback from customers and independent travel agents, so we are confident that it will be well received. The new voucher means that Indulgent Escapes’ customers can treat themselves to some luxury and ensures that their holiday gets off to an indulgent start.”

He added: “We are offering a fantastic collection of destinations and properties within the Indulgent Escapes portfolio across Europe, the Canary Islands, and the Mediterranean, alongside a host of customer benefits to make the experience truly indulgent. This offering coupled with the benefits of booking a holiday with Which? Recommended Provider, Jet2holidays, means customers and independent travel agents can count on us when it comes to booking an Indulgent Escape. Indulgent Escapes customers want the best luxury and service, and they want assurance too. By looking at the strong demand we are seeing, there is no doubt that we are meeting those expectations and that is great news for the brand.”
