This October, MSC Cruises will transform its ships into floating Halloween wonderlands, packed with spooky surprises and family fun at sea. From 5–31 October, kids, teens, and parents alike can enjoy the thrills of the season with electrifying parties, eerie trivia games, and pumpkin-inspired arts and crafts, ensuring no one misses out on the Halloween magic while away from home.

 

No planning, no trick-or-treaters, no fuss, MSC Cruises handles every frightful detail, leaving families free to relax while the kids dive into Monster Mash dance-offs, spooky trivia, and more, all included onboard.

 

Halloween comes to life with the MSC Scary House and Scary Park, a Halloween Parade, Spooky Traditions Trivia, Scary Karaoke, and themed shows for all ages. Adults and children alike can join in the festivities, making it a truly immersive Halloween experience at sea.

 

  • MSC Scary House: Once a week, the children’s area will be transformed into a spooky house where little ones can explore room by room and meet the monster-themed youth staff.
  • MSC Scary Park:  A Halloween carnival once a week with various games, points and prizes. ​
  • Spooky Traditions Trivia: Test your knowledge on the scariest customs in history in this Halloween quiz.
  • Monsterous Make Up & Creepy Costumes: Young guests can participate in a special arts and crafts challenge to show off their horror make up and costume skills, with a prize for the best creation.
  • Halloween Parade: Kids are invited to join the spooktacular Halloween parade in the theatre, featuring the MSC beloved mascot, Doremi!
  • MSC Monster Mash Dance Lesson: Enjoy Halloween hits and spooky tunes with the dance instructors.
  • Scary Karaoke: Sing your heart out at a Spooky Karaoke night, where the scariest voices and costumes take centre stage.

 

Half-term Halloween adventure cruises are still available to book. Highlights include an eight-night sailing on MSC Poesia, departing Southampton on 16 October, visiting Cherbourg, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge, and Le Havre, with prices starting from just £689 per person.

 

For a warmer escape with a spooky twist, guests can enjoy a seven-night Mediterranean Halloween adventure on MSC Seaview from £1,069 per person. Flying from Bristol airport to Palma de Mallorca on 17 October, the cruise calls at Barcelona, Cannes, Genoa, La Spezia and Civitavecchia (Rome), combining festive fun with stunning Mediterranean scenery.
