ENVI opening Costa Rica eco lodge
Luxury brand ENVI Lodges is launching a Costa Rica eco lodge.
It partnered with The Islita Developments to operate ENVI The Islita.
It is situated in a secluded ocean cove on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula.
“We couldn’t have found a better location to plant the first ENVI flag outside of our home region,” said co-founder Noelle Homsy.
The Costa Rica eco lodge will comprise 31 guest units, as well as 26 low-impact villas.
These will be sold to individual owners and put back in a rental pool to be managed by ENVI.
Facilities include jungle lounges, a pool and a communal dining experience.
The project focal point will be a centrally located small business community hub.
It will also feature a holistic wellness centre.
Other facilities include mountain bike trails, a surf skate park and pickle ball.
