Azamara rolls out travel adviser hotline
Azamara is boosting new travel advisor engagement with a new dedicated hotline.
The “Anything Azamara” hotline at 888-575-9782, is exclusive for advisers and is designed to simplify bookings and inquiries for new-to-Azamara partners.
“We’re committed to listening and acting on what our travel partners need most,” said Michelle Lardizabal, Chief Sales Officer, North America at Azamara.
“It’s a promise that every new advisor joining our community has a direct line to personalized support and partnership from day one.”
The hotline connects agencies and advisors to the contact center team for assistance with their first bookings, how to navigate the system or any other product inquiries.
It was rolled out following comments from Azamara’s trade survey.
“We know that when our advisors succeed, Azamara succeeds – and this new resource makes that collaboration even stronger,” added Dondra Ritzenthaler, Azamara CEO.
