300 staff at Heathrow contractor have security passes suspended
Around 300 staff at a company which supplies airline lounge services at Heathrow have had their airside security passes suspended.
It follows an investigation into a scam involving airside security passes at Heathrow Airport.
Two women, aged 24 and 20, have been arrested on suspicion of fraud and money laundering and bailed until November.
A spokesperson for Scotland Yard told Sky News: "Other matters have come to light during the enquiries and form part of the ongoing investigation."
Contractor Sodexo says the decision to remove airside security passes was a precautionary measure.
According to Sky News, the passes mainly belonged to cleaners and caterers.
