It is essential that the successful candidate will have proven performance and experience in a similar role – Call Centre Manager in the travel or tourism market. The product & company is well branded so we are seeking your expertise in managing and expanding a successful team. This company services a variety of markets run through a Central Reservations area. ** Wholesale ** Retail ** Resorts ** Specialty & Niche market Predominantly a domestic product so relevant product knowledge here an advantage. Seeking candidates with previous experience in a Call Centre Manager environment. You will be managing a team of 30 – 40 consultants in split teams and areas in a call centre environment. Call Centre experience in a wholesale and or retail exposure will be highly considered OTE $80k+ for the candidate that fits the bill. |
