You will be responsible for the strategic planning and business modeling for the Corporate-Online Segment, including leading the fine-tuning and implementation of business models with vendors and stakeholders in the target markets. You are also responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plans as well as managing the P&L budget for the Corporate-Online Segment. You will also be responsible for providing leadership and team development by providing clear objectives to teams to achieve product support excellence, establishing and building rapport to support job responsibilities and delivery of quality to customers. ** Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or its equivalent. ** 8-10 years relevant working experience, preferably in the travel/airline industry. ** Good knowledge of prevailing productivity tools & solutions such as CRM, business intelligence and mid office is advantageous. ** Good experience in managing vendors and customers is required. ** Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills. ** Experience in effective solution management in a matrix organisation would be an advantage.
