Responsibilities
A dynamic performer, an achiever and sales-orientated individual. You will drive the highest level of customer service and quality needed to cater to their premium customers. You will provide exceptional value-added services, with the highest level of professionalism in Premium Travel and Lifestyle arena, ensuring a personalized customer experience is delivered.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualified
* Travel Industry experience, minimum 5 years with knowledge of fares, ticketing & reservations.
* Superior knowledge of leisure travel and associated products / services. In particular knowledge of up-market hotels and tour suppliers within premium brands.
* Proactive, individuals focused on delivering solutions to high net worth individuals’ needs.
* Exceptional attention to details.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comunicate effectively with affluent and high net worth individuals representing their brand in a positive manner.
