Due to current and future growth, this leading worldwide chain has created a position for a Revenue Manager to join one of their Auckland hotels. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the successful operations of the Reservations team, whilst maximising revenue across all functions of the hotel with a focus in Rooms and Food & Beverage. This will include (but is not limited to): managing and monitoring rates, market mix and competitor analysis; managing group, web and third party bookings; conducting weekly yield meetings with Heads of Departments; managing special projects relating to operational optimisation and market research. You will have: ** No less than 2-3 years Reservations/Front Office management experience within a large hotel; ** Expert computer skills (especially in word and excel); ** Excellent communication skills; ** An ability and passion to motivate and develop a team; ** Professionalism, integrity and service; If you have these skills and this may be the role for you, please forward your CV in Word format or contact Adele on 09 363 2976.
