ABTA has opened registration for a new one-day conference on the over 50s travel market.

To be held on November 28 in central London, the even will look at how the needs of the mature travel market have changed and the different requirements of 50-70 and 70-90 year olds.

It will also explore how to deliver specialized experiences to mature travellers.

Working with ‘vulnerable’ customers, legal duties, trends and destinations and the impact of technology will also be discussed.

Designed for large and small companies, the conference is open to members and non-members.

The full programme and speakers and sponsors will be announced at a later date.
